Short Bio
Paul D’Adamo is a multi-talented musician and singer whose passion for music started at the age of six. Founder of The D’Adamo School of Performing Arts in Texas where he teaches students about all different aspects of music including musical instrument lessons, music history, and songwriting. Paul a professional Musician with extensive experience in Recording, Touring, Solo and Group/Band Performance, and Music Production in genres of music ranging from Classical/Operatic to Rock, Jazz, and R&B. Primarily his main Instrument is Voice, but he is also fluent musically in Piano as well as Drums. He enjoys Performing very much, and continue to do live shows either as a Solo Artist, within his Jazz Quartet, or his full 6 – 12 piece Variety Band; PLAN B.
When he’s not recording or performing Paul very much enjoys the Art of Teaching. He teaches Private Voice, Piano, Music Theory and Composition lessons. Paul is the owner of The D’Adamo School of Performing Arts, where he’s proud to state he has over 20 Full-Time Musicians & Performers on Staff to teach a variety of Musical Instruments, Art & Dance. Specialties Professional Vocalist with over 30 years of Vocal History, Professional Pianist/Keyboardist/Percussionist Songwriter, Music Producer, Touring Musician.
The debut album was recorded with members of Genesis & Phil Collins, King Crimson, and Peter Gabriel. Artists included are; Brad Cole, Daryl Stuermer, Chester Thompson, Luis Conte, Leland Sklar, Gerald Albright, among others.
August 26th, 2014 Paul releases 5 individual digital singles (Could We Be Magic Like You, False Alarm, Alone In The Crowd, Murphy Blues & Tell Me Something Remixed) to help raise money for Autism. The singles are also bundled into a 5 track EP for those that wish to have all the tracks. Words & Music Lee Curreri. The EP will also see a physical release shortly. The music features Paul D’Adamo, Lead Vocals, Drums & Percussion as well as special appearances by Lee Curreri, Piano, FluglehornSynths, Flugelhorn, Trombone. March 2nd,2019 Paul released his 2nd full-length studio album “Rawfully Organic” the follow-up to “Tell Me Something”. The new album features 10 new songs.
The artwork was once again designed by longtime friend, musician & graphic Artist Leon Alvarado.
